Cape Town bespoke architecture involves a close collaboration with the client. We do not hand over a portfolio and say, “Pick one.” Instead, we ask about daily rituals, art collections, multigenerational living, and even the client’s favourite time of day. A morning person might want a dramatic east-facing breakfast nook. A night owl could crave a west-facing study with sunset views. These nuances are lost in production housing. In bespoke work, they become the organising principles of the plan.
