I almost gave it a miss. Markets can feel like effort after a full beach day when all you want is a cold drink and somewhere to sit. But the Dinh Cau night market is different — it's loud and smoky and slightly chaotic and the seafood is absurdly fresh and priced like someone made a mistake. The Phu Quoc trip package had it listed as optional. It should be listed as mandatory. I'm saying that plainly.
